  • Lets do it again

    Ok, we can do this. Starting anew.
    So this morning has been crap. Like, I don't even want to post it. 400 calories probably. But I'm not going to eat anymore until I'm forced to eat a cooked dinner. I'll be sure to update in the evening with what that meal is and my outtake. Need some thinspiration! Thanks L for being so supportive :]

  • Ok, fresh start. Lets do this again, better, stronger, thinner this time.

    Intake:
    Three packets of crisps
    Lemonade
    Spaghetti bolognaise

    I know that's horrible. But it's a lot better then I have been previously. And we all have to start somewhere, right? I'm gonna do some situps infront on the telly now.

    Things can only get better xx

  • Sorry I haven't posted in so long, been kinda ashamed of postin after I binge.
    But then again no one comments my blog anyway, so I guess it doesn't really matter.
    Anyways, I'm back on track. I've decided to just use this blog to post when I want to binge, to take my mind off it and stop me (however if anyone reads these and wants me to post more regularly I'd be happy to)
    So, haven't had anything today, going out for dinner this evening =/ onna have a chicken salad, but still, it's annoying when I've got sushi in the fridge and wanna have that for dinner instead. Only 150 calories aswell.
    But still, that salad can't be more then 200 calories, so that'll not be too bad for today.
    Yeah I know that's actually a really good intake, but I'd rather have nothing, or an apple or something.

  • I binged yesterday. It's so annoying, I had a few crisps and then gave up. I have to stop doing that. If I have some crisps it's not the end of the world, and it's not gonna help to carry on bingeing. So today will be better.

    So todays planned intake is a snack sushi pack from Tescos, and then salad dinner (it's my brother's birthday so we have a big salad layout :] )
    And then a slice of birthday cake, there's no way I'm going to get out of that. But the intake wont be high, infact if I have a small slice of cake it may stay under 500.
    Which is a hell of a lot better then I have been doing.
    And I will have some green tea sometime in the afternoon :]

    Also I found out soemthing pretty cool. If you'e feeling peckish and are about to turn to the biscuit tin, try slowly sipping a glass of milk. Idk if it's just me, but milk really fills me up when I'm feeling a bit hungry.

    Think I may go get my green tea now

  • Ahh, I hate my family sometimes =/
    Yesterday I had half a bowl of Special K and a veggie burger, and I was gonna have some more Sepcial K for dinner but they were like "lets go out for dinner!" So I had to have a massive wrap =/ Totally slowed down my process.

    Ohh, and while we were heading to the resteraunt we went past my friends who I was meant to be going to see a film with (but I had no money and was going out for dinner) And I just waved and I think they were expecting me to come over or something. And one of them was my ex and he gave me this really wierd look, like he was confused or something. Gahh. I hope they don't hate me for soe reason. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid.

    But you'll be happy to know that I've finally figured out what t have for lunch at school. Either fruit (apple or banana, or both) if I feel like it, or if I want something warm then I'll have a veggie burger (throw away the bun). But the burger costs a quid, double the fruit, and I normally save my lunch money for shopping.

    Anyway, today I've just had a green tea so far, and I'm going out at 12 to go shopping with friends. That means I'll take my snack sushi pack to have at Starbucks for lunch, and if I have to eat something before I go it'll be an apple. I'm hoping I can bike to town for soe excercise, but it's raining so I may end up getting the bus.
